We had the pleasure of launching "The Find Your Fit" programme at Leicester College on 9th February at their Apprenticeship and Careers Fair in celebration of Apprenticeship Week 2022.
We met hundreds of incredible young people, who were attending the fair and they were super keen to engage with all the employers and educators that were on hand to give career support and advice.
The Find Your Fit programme is being offered FREE to 16 – 24-year-olds who are looking to find their fit in the world of work. Fully funded by LLEP the programme offers three modules of Discovery, Skills and Action and enables young people the platform to explore their individual goals and aspirations and marry these up with the skills that are needed to reach their full potential.
Kelvin Batey BMX World Champion, who will be working as a mentor on the programme, talked first-hand with visitors as they came and showed their interest in the programme.
