About the Workshop
This workshop uses high-tech Concept2 rowing machines and venue race software, to investigate the impact of internal and external motivation factors on performance.

Workshops can be booked on their own and delivered on rotation throughout the day or delivered as part of a series of workshops,
where classes rotate between multiple activities.
